How does the Free plan work?

Use the Goodgecko Free plan to try out the service, on us! It comes with web and mobile surveys and allows you to collect up to 30 responses per month. If you collect more responses than that, simply upgrade your account and you're good to go!

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Goodgecko is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed via our payment partner PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online, via PayPal.
