The Free Account is great for casual survey takers - people who need to send a survey to a small group of people a few times a month. It's free, there's no credit card required and it will always be free - no hidden costs!
The PRO Account comes with more features for professional users. The PRO Account also allows an unlimited number of responses per survey - the Free Account only allows 100 responses per survey.
Don't worry, there is no risk of losing responses! If you're on the Free Account and a survey you distribute goes over 100 responses, the responses get archived to save space. Simply upgrade to a PRO Account to un-archive and view all the responses.
Goodgecko is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts - you simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
